This romantic and private location has rural and spectacular views of Richmond Bridge and St Johns church, both are lit up in the evenings, giving an even greater visual delight.
Within walking distance in this spectacular historic town are shops, cafes, antique stores, arts, local markets, crafts, historic pub and wineries also our historic goal. A great position to base your holiday and visit local attractions in the area, Mona, Zoo Doo, Port Arthur, Hobart and surrounds.
Every bed has an electric blanket.

The large lounge room has a double glazed pitched skylight allowing natural light to flood into the formal dining and adjacent family rooms.
A fully self-contained granite kitchen and informal breakfast bar with access to the deck via French doors. Laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. A rustic double sided fireplace provides winter warmth and ambience. Heat pump which heats and cools is also available.
Arrival basket includes luxury handmade soaps, bath salts, bath bombs and assortment of creams; all made on site. Plunger coffee and tea available.

3 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Entire cottage (all beds) available if booked for 6, if you require extra bedroom open please discuss with owner.
Our property is perfectly located for Weddings. That perfect spot for bridal parties to prepare for the special day. Photo opportunities are abundant as we are located next to Richmond Bridge with a short walk to the Wedding platform at the Bridge. Plenty of parking is available, our cottage is spacious for a large group to prepare and when your ready a glass of champagne on the deck overlooking the bridge.
